Time to learn the first recovery practice: Walk it Out. You will be encouraged to incorporate this practice into your week using the three-step process designed for working dads in leadership positions.
Each week from now on walk outside for a minimum of 15 minutes per week. The benefits of more time outside are well known. But what seems like such a simple practice can over time bring many benefits: better sleep, less worry, better ideas.
By learning and applying these practices you will produce your own wellbeing plan that will help you to thrive at work and at home.
