S1E8 – Recovery for working dads in leadership positions

This week we are focussing on daily exercise. Short periods of daily exercise give you a break, a little time to recover. Like mealtimes they are an essential recovery tactic. Using the three-step process (Think-Act-Learn) try to incorporate 15 minutes of exercise outside. Even better, if you are at home with the kids get them involved as well. They will see you exercising, role-modelling a vital life skill.
